The Center for Emerging Markets has organized lectures and talks focused on key regions of the developing world, including India, China, and Africa.
Launched in 2017, the Center for Emerging Markets' India Lecture Series is free and open to the public. It is now endowed and known as the Vivek and Vandana Sharma India Lecture.
China is one of the world's most important economies and its impact on the global economy continues to rise. The China Lecture and the China Insight Series explore important topics about China's role in the world.
Besides China and India, the Asia-Pacific region includes several key emerging markets.
Besides being rich in resources, Africa and the Middle East includes countries with young and rapidly growing populations.
This region is home to several important countries, including Brazil, which accounts for half the region's GDP.
