Join us for a discussion with Timothy Hoff, Professor of Management, Healthcare Systems, and Health Policy, as he discusses what to expect from primary care systems around the globe as the COVID-19 pandemic unfolds.
Using his research and an understanding of the strain primary care is under both in the U.S. and elsewhere, Dr. Hoff will outline what role primary care doctors, technology such as telehealth, and other types of primary care service delivery might play in helping to care for individuals at risk or with the illness.
He will also discuss how non-Covid 19 related service delivery, such as ongoing chronic disease management, will be impacted by a primary care system already suffering from a shortage of personnel and access points.
