Set Yourself Apart as a Dynamic Marketing Leader
Our Marketing concentration for Full-Time MBA or Full-Time MS in Finance/MBA is built to put you ahead of the game. Through our program, you may develop expertise in marketing strategy, brand management, marketing research, consumer behavior, and more in this ever-evolving discipline. Your understanding of consumers will be transformed based on data analytics. You will have the opportunity to learn about the evolving roles social media and mobile technology play in the consumer journey. And you will become fluid with strategies to navigate the forces of globalization in everything from product design to sales and supply chain.
Our expert professors put you at the forefront of current trends, help you develop solid innovation and management skills, and give you one of the deepest levels of specialization possible, with courses like Consumer Behavior, Brand and Advertising Management, Market Focused Strategy, and Marketing Research.
Finally, you’ll get a chance to test-drive that practical toolkit in an exciting arena: a paid corporate residency with a company whose mission matches your career interests. You’ll help a real corporate team make better decisions based on data, building confidence and experience in the process. It’s a one-of-a-kind experience that distinguishes D’Amore-McKim from other schools—and will distinguish you from other business graduates.
You will have a small, high touch cohort in which you will have a chance to learn from world-class faculty and build a network of students who have experience in other companies and industries, along with the valuable connections gathered in your corporate residency. This, and the skills you’ve gained, will give you all you need to rise to the occasion and be a leader in the future of marketing.
In my capacity as a brand management resident, I supported a senior Brand Manager on two brands within Nerf. I worked on both marketing and product development for these brands. My marketing responsibilities included leading asset creation, such as a video for Amazon and spearheading a gift with purchase initiative.Zola Coleman, MBA’17
