Megha Varghese

Megha Varghese graduated from Northeastern in Spring 2023 with a combined Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences and Psychology. Being a part of one of Mosaic's organizations, ViTAL, and working as a medical assistant and scribe during her co-ops sparked her interest in healthcare innovation. In ViTAL, she started as a marketing lead and eventually became the director of operations and most recently, the co-executive director. ViTAL showed her that having an interdisciplinary team with a common passion for innovation is how healthcare can be disrupted for the better. She hopes to work in the space of mental healthcare innovation in the future to combine her passions for psychology and entrepreneurship. She is excited to expand her support for Mosaic to all its organizations as the Mosaic Fellow! In this role she strives to empower Northeastern's entrepreneurial builders by lowering the barrier of entry to entrepreneurship, creating inclusive communities, and providing resources across Northeastern's global network.
