Kristin Waites is a Senior Program Manager in the office of Executive Education at Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business, where she manages custom executive education programs and supports internal operations. She has 8 years of project management experience in tech, non-profits, and higher education, including managing and growing virtual professional learning experiences for K-12 educators. Kristin is dedicated to developing processes that enable teams to do their best work through collaborative leadership and intentional innovation and is excited to contribute to the Corporate and Professional Learning team’s mission of facilitating life-long learning experiences.
Kristin has a B.A. in Professional Writing from Baylor University and a Project Management Professional certificate from the Project Management Institute.
