Ken Parker has been a management consultant dealing with technology and consumer products for more than 25 years. His expertise ranges from entrepreneurial start-ups, new product development, marketing, and process improvement. He began consulting at Stonyfield Farm Yogurt, where he assisted in reorganizing many of the company’s operational procedures and ran the materials management department incorporating new technologies to streamline what was mainly a paper process. He also worked as the New Products Manager during his tenure. Parker went on to consult with several food companies; most notably he was the Marketing Director for AKVA spring water from Iceland and helped launch that product on the East Coast, winning several international awards and doubling the company’s sales in one quarter. Currently, Parker writes business plans and develops business and marketing strategies for entrepreneurial ventures and for existing companies looking to expand into new markets and/or launch new products.

In technology, Parker has helped several companies create and maintain an online presence in addition to direct marketing campaigns. Most notably, he consulted with MotherNature.com, the fifth largest e-tailer in its day. He has experience in the international arena and worked with companies to develop new strategies in emerging markets.

In addition to his consulting duties, Parker has had a 25+ year career teaching at several Boston area colleges and universities in the areas of Marketing, Strategy, Information Technology, Statistics and Data Analytics.
