Jennifer Smith

As the Distance Learning Program Specialist, Jen oversees the admissions process for the online MBA, MS x: Mayo, MS x: PwC, and online graduate certificate programs. Jen handles a variety of administrative tasks and is responsible for registering students for their courses, communicating with various campus departments, and assisting faculty and staff with program issues and inquiries. In doing so, Jen sets students up with resources and ensures that open communication is maintained. In this role, Jen also assists with application review and decision-making.
Previously, Jen worked with the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Northeastern as the Graduate Program Coordinator, where she focused mainly on student advising. Additionally, she ran recruiting events for the MS and PhD programs and communicated with potential students about their applications.
