As Associate Director of Graduate Recruitment and Admissions at D'Amore-McKim, Dena is the recruiter and admissions contact for the Full-Time MBA, Full-Time MS in Finance/MBA, JD/MBA, and LLM/MBA programs. She enjoys recruiting students and helping them select the best program to fit their goals. She leads informal events where she counsels future learners in a small group setting to share what makes our MBA unique and advises them on the application process and funding options. Dena also serves as a member of the Graduate Admissions Committee, where she reviews applications and makes admissions recommendations.
Dena began with D'Amore-McKim in 2011 in a recruiting and admissions role supporting all graduate business programs and previously had primary responsibilities recruiting for specialized master's degrees.
Prior to coming to Northeastern, Dena worked in graduate admissions at Boston University Questrom School of Business. Before coming to higher education, she served in non-profit and government roles at the National Council of Jewish Women and SmithBucklin.
