On November 6, 2022, TAMID at Northeastern University successfully hosted its first conference at ISEC, gathering 140+ students from Northeastern, Babson, Tufts, and Boston University and 10 speakers. The venue set the stage for powerful discussions about building successful companies, emerging markets, and global economic development. The goal of the conference was to bring light to the economy of Israel and highlight how other emerging markets across the globe can learn from it.

This was the culmination of effort led mostly by three Northeastern students Allison Zlotnick (24′), Marisa Palace (24′) and Morgan Brodsky (24′). The conference received support from the Center of Emerging Markets, as part of the Srinivasan Family Award for Projects, and other parts of Northeastern University.
