Northeastern players are world-class athletes, but their first priority is to get a world-class education that will set them up for future success. Husky athletes also graduate from their institutions at a much higher rate than their peers, 95% for Northeastern players compared to 69% for D1 athletes nationally.

Greogry Bozzo, DMSB'25, loves playing baseball. In the grand scheme of things, however, he understands that his business administration degree will set him up for future success.  Huskies baseball coach Mike Glavine calls Bozzo “a great ambassador of what it means to be a student-athlete at Northeastern.”
