Evelyn Tate

Evelyn J. Tate is our Assistant Dean of Graduate Recruitment and Admissions. She oversees recruiting and admissions for the Full-time MBA, Part-time MBA, specialized masters and graduate certificate programs.

She joined the D'Amore-McKim School of Business in April 2005. She returned to Northeastern University after having served four years as Director of Graduate Admissions and Financial Aid at Boston University's School of Management and nearly four years as Assistant Director of Admissions for Northeastern University's School of Law. Ms.

Evelyn earned her MBA from Bentley College and her Bachelor's degree in History and Sociology from Brandeis University.

Ashley Madigan Profile Pic

Ashley Madigan is our Associate Director of Graduate Admissions. Her role focuses on overseeing the admissions process for one of D'Amore-McKim's largest programs, the MS in Business Analytics. Her primary responsibilities include recruiting prospective students through virtual and in-person events, counseling applicants, reviewing applications, and making admissions decisions.

Before joining the team at D'Amore-McKim, Ashley held positions as the Assistant Director of Admissions at Boston University's School of Law leading national recruitment and Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions at the University of Bridgeport managing a team of admissions counselors.

Julie Chasse

Julie Chasse is our Director of the Graduate School of Professional Accounting. She oversees the graduate accounting programs and leads student success initiatives. In her role, Julie manages student recruitment for the MS in Accounting and MS in Accounting/MBA programs. To ensure that our students gain the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in accounting, Julie assembles and runs an Advisory Board with leaders from the Big 4 and global accounting firms to review and optimize the curriculum.

Julie drives efforts that enable our students to accomplish their professional ambitions and our employer partners to fulfill their talent acquisition goals. Her team works closely with employers to organize on-campus recruiting events, including information sessions, networking events, and interviews. Julie also mentors students individually for tailored career planning.

Prior to working at Northeastern University, she taught accounting at Des Moines Area Community College. She managed the Volunteer Income Tax Preparation (VITA) program on campus in conjunction with United Way, supporting over 200 low and middle-income individual returns filed annually. Before coming to academia, Julie worked at EY, culminating in her role as a tax manager. As a CPA, she advised clients on federal and state & local tax, and was responsible for income tax accounting, compliance, and consulting projects.
