The Reaching Out MBA (ROMBA) conference is the world's largest gathering of LGBT+ business students and professionals. They educate, inspire, and connect our community through C-suite panels, workshops, a host of receptions, competitions, and a career fair with corporate partners across industries recruiting LGBT+ MBA talent.
This year, they are holding a hybrid event. This includes an in-person format for current MBAs and corporate partners as well as a virtual format for the rest of our community. The Career Expo will be entirely virtual, and those attending virtually will be able to attend plenaries and several other key sessions.
The Career Expo will take place virtually on Friday, October 1 from 12pm-4pm CT.
