About the Event
This presentation discussed the key findings of a report, Assessing Legal Responses to COVID-19, which describes the many failures in the U.S. legal response to COVID-19, and offers a wide set of recommendations at the federal, state and local level to improve the U.S. capacity to fight the next pandemic, and reduce the stark racial and economic disparities that we have seen with COVID-19.
