Kate Klepper

Kate Klepper has served as the Associate Dean since 2005 overseeing the graduate portfolio at the D'Amore-McKim School. The School offers a variety of Master level programs including a Full-time MBA, Part-time MBA, Online MBA as well as a variety of specialty MBA and Master Degree and Graduate Certificate programs.

Kate is a member of the D'Amore-McKim leadership team and also sits on the Graduate Programs and Assessment Committee within the School and the Graduate Dean's Council for the University. She has been the primary representative to the Graduate Management Admissions Council (GMAC) throughout her career in higher education.

She is currently serving as the Vice Chair of GMAC Board of Directors. Kate is also a member of the Board of the MBA Roundtable, and The Washington Campus. Prior to her current role at Northeastern Kate was the Dean of Graduate Admission at Babson College.

Sandra Leyne

Sandra Leyne is the Assistant Director of Student Services for graduate programs. Her primary goal is to lead students along their path to success. Sandra serves as the academic advisor for the MS in Finance and MS in International Management programs.

Sandra cares about the success and progress of the students she serves throughout their academic journey. She guides students in selecting courses aligned with the knowledge and skill needed to achieve their individual, and professional goals.

Sandra creates unique academic and community-building experiences for students to get involved with throughout their academic experience. She serves as the administrative coordinator for the Washington Campus Seminar, a unique accelerated course where students travel to the nation's capital and delve into how public policy affects business. Sandra manages student induction into Beta Gamma Sigma, an international business honor society. She also helps bring life to campus year-round by coordinating celebratory events such as an annual Thanksgiving luncheon and commencement receptions.

Sandra has dedicated her career to helping students successfully navigate their academic journey. Before coming to Northeastern University, she worked as a program manager at the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business Administration's Office of Experiential Learning at Babson College.

Susan Antonelli is the Senior Director of the Graduate Career Center.

As senior director of the D'Amore-McKim Career Center, Susan oversees both student career preparation and employer relations and development. She focuses on driving efforts to build unique engagements that enable our students to accomplish their professional goals and our employer-partners to fulfill their strategic talent acquisition and workforce solutions.

Susan has a broad background in higher education. She previously served as dean of students and associate vice president of student affairs at Simmons University and has also held leadership roles at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Boston, Wheelock College, Cambridge College, and Emerson College. She has taught courses on historic and present-day college student activist movements, leadership development, and adult development.

Susan's research is focused on the experience of strongly ethnically-identified Italian American college students, and she was the recipient of a fellowship from the John D. Calandra Italian American Institute to attend the Italian Diaspora Studies Summer Seminar at Università Roma Tre in Rome.
