Program options
Advancing technology continues to disrupt the business landscape—and the impact of new technology is only becoming more significant as the rate of innovation speeds up. More than ever, organizations need leaders with multidisciplinary skills who can implement and manage digital solutions across channels and sectors. Few programs exist that give rising leaders the deep technological understanding they need, and even fewer offer transformative opportunities to learn through experience.
Our MS in Management with a Strategic Technology Leadership concentration is an executive program delivered online with two in-person residencies, designed to help you build strategic expertise, gain hands-on experience, and prepare for a C-suite role.
Core coursework will deepen your strategic expertise in managing organizations, data-driven decision-making, strategy and growth, and finance and operations. You'll also tailor your learning with nine credits of electives in focus areas like analytics, cybersecurity, entrepreneurship, the metaverse, or sustainability—building the specialized knowledge you need to reach your unique goals.

Executive mentors

Mentorship is at the heart of your leadership journey
Through Northeastern's Center for Technology Management and Digital Leadership (CTMDL), you'll be matched with a seasoned executive mentor who has direct experience in your industry or project area. Your mentor will help shape your project from idea to execution, meet with you regularly, connect you to other key leaders, and prepare you for success at the highest levels of business.
As a student, you'll gain exclusive access to CTMDL's powerful professional network, normally reserved for paid members, including invitation-only workshops, high-impact events, and curated learning experiences. It's a rare opportunity to build relationships with industry leaders while developing the strategic insights and leadership skills to thrive in the C-suite. As a graduate, you'll remain eligible for ongoing membership.

You'll master concepts that will prepare you for the next chapter in your career, whatever that may be—but you'll also plug into an elite network of global technology thought leaders. You'll have a dedicated executive mentor who expressly chooses you and becomes invested in your success—inspiring you, building your confidence, and sharing their considerable experience. No other executive program gives you this kind of opportunity.
