Jin Hi Rheem is the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Corporate Relations at the Center for Technology Management & Digital Leadership at Northeastern University, where she leverages her extensive background in corporate finance and global leadership to foster impactful collaborations. Before transitioning into higher education, Jin Hi spent a decade as a corporate finance lawyer, practicing in major financial hubs including London, Hong Kong, Seoul, and New York. She also lived in Abu Dhabi before relocating to the United States.

With a deep interest in conflict resolution and social justice, Jin Hi’s research focuses on Restorative Justice, which was the subject of her LLM dissertation. She teaches negotiation skills to seasoned professionals and, as a trained campus dialogue facilitator and a trained mediator, Jin Hi is passionate about exploring innovative approaches to facilitating meaningful discussions on social justice. Jin Hi’s diverse professional and academic experiences continually shape her forward-thinking approach to leadership development and strategic partnerships.
