Ryan Tracey

Ryan Tracey is a Part-Time Lecturer teaching Mergers & Acquisitions. He has worked as an M&A advisor and with privately held business owners for almost 20 years. In 2024 he founded his own M&A advisory firm (Highland Advisory Group) focused on helping business owners with exit planning and value creation strategies ahead of a transaction, and then capturing that full value through a M&A transaction process. The outcome of these transactions is often the largest wealth creation event in the business owner’s life, and almost always is a transformative life event for them and their families. Highland’s mission is to empower business owners with the tools, resources, and expertise needed for a successful exit, when they want to, on their terms, and at maximum value.
