As the Online DMSB Success Manager, Isa supports students by connecting them with resources and helping them succeed throughout their program. In her role with the D'Amore-McKim School of Business, she assists students with curriculum and degree requirement questions while fostering their academic and professional development. Isa is passionate about empowering students to advocate for themselves and apply classroom learning to real world experiences.
Isa's professional background includes work in secondary education within the public school system and higher education at Dean College's Center for Advising, where she served as a Success & Career Advisor. In that role, she supported students throughout the registration process and helped first-year students transition to and become engaged in the higher education community.
