As assistant director, Evelyn dedicates herself to supporting students along their path to success. Evelyn serves as the academic advisor and student services counselor for students in the Part-Time MBA and Part-Time MS in Finance/MBA programs.

Evelyn takes a proactive approach toward fostering success and servicing student well-being. Evelyn guides students with their interests and goals in mind and counsels her students on how to balance professional and academic pursuits. She engages in purposeful discussion with her students, providing guidance to navigate program requirements and avoid potential obstacles. She also guides students in selecting courses aligned with the knowledge and skill needed to achieve their individual, professional goals.

Evelyn creates unique academic and community-building experiences for students to get involved with the D’Amore-McKim community. She organizes orientation sessions for incoming students to help set up these working professionals for a successful transition back to being a student. Evelyn also coordinates social events to help students connect and share meaningful conversations outside the classroom.

Prior to joining the D’Amore-McKim School of Business, Gonzalez served in various administrative positions at the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs at Northeastern University.
