Dorin Thibault is a higher education career and experiential learning professional who engages students with employers and other constituents to drive successful student outcomes. As an Assistant Cooperative Education Coordinator in the D'Amore-McKim School of Business, Dorin supports undergraduate business students pursuing a concentration in finance or accounting and seeking co-operative education experiences. She provides one-on-one advising to assigned students, preparing them for the job search, application, interview and offer process, while guiding students on how to integrate these practical experiences with their academic program. In addition, Dorin teaches a section of the Professional Development for Co-op course, BUSN 1103, educating students in preparation for their first co-op experience. She also engages with employer partners on job creation, providing broadened and new opportunities in targeted sectors for our students.
Dorin has previously held career services roles at two higher education institutions. She has prior professional experience in corporate marketing communications in the technology sector.
