Sara Kilroy brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in education, youth development, workforce readiness, and college access across Massachusetts. Throughout her career, she has designed, implemented, and scaled high-impact programs that support students in achieving academic, professional, and personal success.
Sara began her career teaching postsecondary courses through Clark University's COPACE program and has since worked extensively with students, families, educators, and community partners to build pathways to higher education and meaningful careers. Most recently, she served as Executive Director of two educational nonprofits, leading strategic growth, organizational development, and cross-sector partnerships. Sara is passionate about experiential learning and helping students connect classroom knowledge with professional opportunities.
Sara holds a Master's degree in Community Development and Planning from Clark University. Outside of work, she enjoys coaching community soccer, participating in local music programs, and spending time with her husband, two daughters and dog. Her commitment to education extends beyond the classroom through her active involvement in schools and community organizations.
