As an operations assistant, Chan supports D’Amore-McKim’s application and admission process for graduate business programs. He processes submitted applications and evaluates academic transcripts. He also ensures accurate, and up-to-the-minute data is available in applications by uploading official GRE, GMAT, and English proficiency test scores.

Chan supports future learners by serving as a resource for them to ask questions. He often fields queries about topics ranging from starting an application to where to find program information.

Prior to coming to Northeastern University, Chan served as an executive and operations assistant at CompleteCase.com. He also held roles in sales analytics at Brightcove and Meed Mobile.
