Bhasker Natarajan is an Adjunct Lecturer (MBA, Wharton School, M.S. Northeastern University, B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur) in the International Business Department. He brings over three decades of strategy, operations, and transformation experience. He has held several senior executive roles in Liberty Mutual Group, AIG, and Travelers. As an EVP/COO @ Liberty, he managed a $1 Billion business across nine Asian countries (including India, Russia, China, and other Southeast countries). He was also the global head of corporate strategy and global best practices in previous roles at Liberty. As Group Finance Transformation Head @ AIG he oversaw financial services transformation globally (80+ countries). Previously, he was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, specializing in strategy, operations, and turnarounds. He is also an angel investor at Launchpad Venture Group, focusing on fintech, health tech, and insurance. His research interests are the Future of Work and Transformation in the World of GenAI. His areas of interest include early-stage angel investing, teaching, writing, and personal finance.
