As operations manager of the D’Amore-McKim Graduate Career Center, Alison is passionate about helping students accomplish their professional goals and offering seamless recruiting processes for our employer partners. She guides hiring managers through the recruiting process and helps them design and implement customized recruiting strategies. She manages a seminal recruiting event, Interview Day, where Full-Time MBA students interview with employers for their corporate residency and provides support to other major events such as Cast Your Network.

Alison oversees The Graduate Career Center’s career management and job search tool, Global Talent System, ensuring students have access to prompt job and corporate residency postings. She also manages the Graduate Career Center social media channels sharing up-to-the-minute hot jobs, employer visits, networking opportunities, and more.

Alison has dedicated her career to education and supporting students through their academic progression. She began her career in higher education as a housing coordinator at Simmons University. Two years later, she graduated from that role to become a housing and student affairs communications coordinator. Prior to entering the world of higher education, Alison was an English teacher in Greenville, South Carolina; Baltimore, Maryland; and Boston, Massachusetts. She received a teaching excellence award for her work.
