As Program and Relationship Manager, Morgan manages the EDGE team's D'Amore-McKim School of Business portfolio, overseeing programs from launch to completion. She builds and maintains relationships with internal and external partners, ensures program delivery aligns with strategic goals, and creates a seamless learner experience for students throughout their academic journey. Morgan collaborates across teams, including learning enablement, enrollment management, and academic leadership to coordinate program operations, engagement, and outcomes.
Previously, Morgan worked at Bryant University as Community Director, where she managed the daily operations of an undergraduate residential space. Morgan also hired, trained, and supervised Resident Assistants, and she also served on the university's crisis management team. Morgan also worked part-time in the Center for Career Education where she coached students on career goals, and supported career workshops and fairs.
