Morgan Francese

As the Online MBA Success Manager, Morgan’s role is to support students, connect them with resources, and help them succeed in their program from start to finish. She strives to help students excel in their professional and academic development. Morgan supports students by answering curriculum and degree requirement questions, as well as assisting students in planning their schedules. She also serves as a liaison for wellness resources for students experiencing personal or life issues that impact their academic progression. Morgan plays a key role in welcoming students to D’Amore-McKim by facilitating the Online MBA orientation and new student onboarding.

Previously, Morgan worked at Bryant University as Community Director, where she managed the daily operations of an undergraduate residential space. Morgan hired, trained, and supervised Resident Assistants, and she also served on the university's crisis management team.
