Matt is President of KJP Group in, a pricing consultancy located in the greater Boston area. He focuses on helping clients drive value through commercial margin optimization and building the capability needed to sustain it.

Before forming his own consultancy, Matt was a principal at ZS Associates, a Senior Engagement Manager for McKinsey & Company and led the global pricing functions for both Eaton Corporation and Johnson Controls.

Before business school, Matt was an Aerospace Engineer working at McDonnell Douglas, NASA Langley, and Boeing.
