In her role as D’Amore-McKim’s Budget Director, Maria manages the operational budget for the business school. She works with the Associate Dean of Finance and Administration to develop the annual operating budget and works closely with department heads and administrative personnel to ensure compliance with current University policies and the daily management of all financial transactions. Maria is also responsible for multi-fund budget management, financial forecasting, resource allocation, and implementation of unit budgets as approved by senior management.
