Dr. Kate Karniouchina is an Associate Professor of Marketing and Director of the D’Amore-McKim School of Business, Oakland at Northeastern University. She holds a PhD in Marketing, an MBA, and a BA in Finance from the University of Utah. Her research has been widely published in premier academic and industry journals, including the Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Marketing, Strategy Science, Strategic Management Journal, International Journal of Research in Marketing, Journal of Product Innovation Management, Cornell Hospitality Quarterly, Marketing Letters, Journal of Service Management, Service Science, and the European Journal of Operational Research. A recognized expert in marketing research, analytics, and strategy, she frequently consults for small business, corporate, and government clients. At Northeastern, Dr. Karniouchina leads industry immersion and experiential consulting projects that connect students with Silicon Valley–area partners. She teaches classes that highlight the use of AI for Marketing, Marketing Research, and New Product Development, integrating analytics, emerging technologies, and real-world application into the classroom.
