As a career services advisor, Jim advises students in the MS in Quantitative Finance program. Following a holistic approach to career development, he assists students in resumé creation and refinement, and helps them develop their interviewing and networking skills. In doing so, under Jim’s guidance, students sharpen their professional skills and prepare to build successful careers. He focuses on a long-term, strategic approach to career design, ensuring students are on the path to sustainable success.

Jim joins Northeastern following a successful career in the investment finance industry, where he held leadership roles in private equity, real estate, and endowment management. He is an adjunct faculty member at the Boston College Carroll School of Management and a career mentor at the Northeastern Career Studio. He is also a CFA® charterholder.
