Dr. Jacob Cragg is responsible for managing D'Amore-McKim's Learning Design and Technology group. He specializes in digital content and assessment creation, instructional design, learning analytics, as well as faculty development emphasizing educational technology. Prior to working for Northeastern, he was a secondary educator and technology coordinator for Benton High School in Arkansas.
