Hannah Weisman is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Management and Organizational Development Group at Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business. She previously held postdoctoral positions at Harvard Business School and the Harvard University Advanced Leadership Initiative and served as a Lecturer in the MBA program at the Yale School of Management. She received her Ph.D. in Management from the London School of Economics.

Her research primarily explores how people find meaning in their work and craft meaningful careers. Her research has been published in leading journals such as Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Management, and Research in Organizational Behavior, and received awards such as Overall Best Paper and Best Student Paper from the Academy of Management Careers Division. She was a finalist in the INFORMS/Organization Science Dissertation Proposal Competition.

Prior to academia, she was a consultant at Semler Brossy, advising boards and executives on executive compensation strategy.
