Dian Yu is an interdisciplinary scholar who examines innovation, institutions, and nascent markets.
She is currently a postdoctoral research associate of REIS Lab (Research Lab on Entrepreneurial and Innovation Strategies), Entrepreneurship & Innovation Group. Her dissertation focuses on the institutional and innovation strategies that firms consider when governments regulate technology features in nascent markets (e.g., the drone industry).
