In her role as an Associate Co-op Coordinator, Cathy is an adviser and faculty member for undergraduate students looking to polish their résumés, cover letters and LinkedIn profiles, determine their next career adventure, broaden their networking capabilities, and prepare for co-op job interviews. Her area of concentration is finance.

Cathy also teaches the career management course for students which provides essential tools to help manage their careers. Her goal is to help students gain valuable skills so that they can approach the co-op search process confidently. Students develop a personal career search strategy, build a strong professional network, and meet with D’Amore-McKim’s employer partners to hear their insider insights towards securing two meaningful co-ops.

An accomplished professional with extensive experience in career counseling, recruitment, and company relations, Cathy spent 5.5 years in the Graduate Career Center at DMSB where she worked with students in the MBA, MSx, MSIM, and certificate programs as well as alumni, and 8 years at Babson College as a Senior Associate Director at the F.W.
