Research & Teaching Interests
Un's research interests include comparing innovativeness of foreign and domestic firms, how R and D investments, R and D collaborations, R and D outsourcing, and the management of people influence innovation. She has taught international business courses at PhD, MBA, and undergraduate levels.
Prior to joining Northeastern University, Un was a faculty member at Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management and the University of South Carolina's Moore School of business. Before earning her doctorate from MIT, she was a financial analyst for the Ford Motor Company.
