Industry Experience

Tony recently transitioned from industry where he served over the past 3 years as Division President for L3 Technologies' Electron Devices Division and Aviation Products Division. He previously worked at Spirit Aerosystems where he served as Vice President – Global Contracts, Pricing & Estimating and Vice President of Manufacturing Operations. Before joining Spirit, Tony served as an executive consultant with TIRO LLC, supporting clients in the aerospace, insurance, financial services, telecommunications and wine industries with a focus on the clients' program management, marketing and sourcing/supply chain functions. Tony also worked at Raytheon where he served as Director of Integrated Supply Chain & Quality and as the Program Director for the Surveillance Radar Program (SRP). Before joining Raytheon, Tony worked at GE Healthcare Technologies serving as Director of Global Product Operations. Prior to working for GE Healthcare Technologies, Tony held various executive positions within programmed/product management, manufacturing, global supply chain operations and business development with Lucent Technologies/Avaya Communication, Lockheed Martin, GE Astro Space and ITT Avionics.

Tony also served on active duty for six years with the United States Air Force, where he held various positions from Combat Crew Commander to Program Manager for the Ballistic Missile Early Warning System (BMEWS) and Pave Paws Radar Upgrade Programs. He continued to serve in the Air Force Reserve after leaving active duty in 1988 and served as an Aerial Port Squadron Commander until 2002, at which time he was promoted to the rank of Colonel. Thereafter, Tony served as the Reserve Advisor to the Deputy Under Secretary of the Air Force International Affairs until his retirement in 2012.
