As Student Success Manager, Kelly Carr supports recruiting efforts and academic advising for the Online MS in Management program with concentrations in Digital Transformation and Healthcare Administration. She will guide you through your admissions journey and will counsel you on the application process, understanding degree program components, and funding options. Once enrolled, Kelly will advise you on course selections aligned with the knowledge and skills needed to achieve your individual and professional goals.

In her previous role, Kelly spent eight years managing admissions and academic advising for a collection of online Health Sciences programs at George Washington University.


As Assistant Director of Enrollment Analytics, Prajacta Kulkarni specializes in marketing and recruitment efforts for the Online MS in Management degree. She helps create and deploy marketing strategies to increase learner engagement with the program through a variety of methods including email campaigns, social media campaigns, and webinars to help build global visibility for the program. She also helps oversee the admissions process and will guide you through your admissions journey.

Prior to coming to Northeastern, Prajacta worked closely with students in higher education as a program manager and academic advisor. Most recently, she worked at an edtech startup, where she planned and implemented successful marketing and communication strategies.
