How can multinational companies effectively transfer sustainability practices from their headquarters to international divisions? Cristina Leone, Ph.D. student at the University of Palermo and Visiting Scholar at the Center for Emerging Markets discussed the institutional work needed to prompt efficient practice transfers.

About Cristina Leone

Cristina Leone is a Ph.D. student in Business Management at the University of Palermo, Italy. She received her M.S. in Economic and Financial Analysis from the University of Palermo, by discussing a thesis on “Corporate Sustainable Development: The Governance Model.” Her research interests lie in corporate sustainability and the multinational companies' role in transferring sustainability practices along global supply chains. She has been classified among the finalists at the G20 TechSprint 2021 on Green and Sustainable Finance.
