Julie Chasse

Julie Chasse is the Director of the Graduate School of Professional Accounting and is responsible for overseeing the graduate accounting programs including recruiting, admissions, scholarships, curriculum, advising, internship, and career services. Prior to working at Northeastern, she taught college-level accounting and worked as a Tax Manager at EY.

Lizbeth Jones

Lizbeth Jones is the Assistant Director for the Graduate School of Professional Accounting.

As assistant director, Lizbeth supports the success of Graduate School of Public Accounting students and alumni. By offering student and career services throughout their academic journey and career, Lizbeth enables students to craft their paths in the accounting industry.

Lizbeth creates unique experiences for accounting students to gain the necessary skills to advance and succeed. She is passionate about empowering students and alumni to reach their professional goals. As part of her role, she develops workshops, offers career coaching, helps students craft their résumés, build interview skills, and forge professional networks.

Lizbeth fosters partnerships with leaders in the nation's top accounting firms to deliver solutions to a variety of their talent development needs. She provides employer partners with access to the brightest and best-emerging talent in accounting. She champions our students and presents rewarding career opportunities that bring value to both the public accounting firms and our students.

Lizbeth has dedicated her career to helping adult and professional learners achieve their professional goals. As an adjunct professor, Lizbeth taught Psychology and Adult Education at the New England College of Finance and Curry College. Before coming to the Graduate School of Public Accounting at Northeastern University, she served as an academic advisor and campus manager of the downtown campus of Northeastern University in Boston's financial district. Before this, she managed the business administration programs for adult learners.

Prior to coming to Northeastern, Lizbeth served as an office manager for the Cambridge Visiting Nursing Association.
