Paula Caligiuri, Distinguished Professor of International Business and Strategy at the D'Amore-McKim School of Business, was honored with the AmorePacific Outstanding Educator Award at the Academy of Management's (AOM) annual conference in Philadelphia in August 2026. Nandini Lahiri, a member of the Executive Committee of AOM's International Management Division, presented the award, which celebrates sustained excellence and innovation in international management teaching at all levels and in a global context.
Caligiuri is a work psychologist whose research on expatriate management, global leadership development, and cultural agility has shaped how organizations select and develop culturally agile professionals. She is the founder and director of D'Amore-McKim's Cultural Agility Leadership Lab and has authored several books on the subject, including Cultural Agility and Build Your Cultural Agility. She is also a Fellow of the Academy of International Business and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
