Anjali Laddha, DMSB majored in Economics and International Business and had a minor in Emerging Markets.
Growing up in Kolkata and studying across India, the United Kingdom, and the United States, Laddha developed a firsthand understanding of the structural gaps shaping educational opportunity in emerging economies. That experience led her to found Degree2Destiny, an AI-driven career readiness platform built around communication, AI literacy, and professional networking. The platform has reached more than 4,100 students, faculty, and entrepreneurs across India and the United States.
She received Northeastern's Women Who Empower Innovator Award for the venture and was recognized among the Top 150 globally in the AI by Her Global Impact Challenge at the AI Summit in India. She will continue building Degree2Destiny full-time following graduation.
