Latin American Business Club hosts Ecuadorian President Jamil Mahuad

The Latin American Business Club at Northeastern University (LBC) had the privilege of hosting Ecuador's former President, Jamil Mahuad, for a fireside chat on Thursday, March 28. CEM Co-sponsors 2019 BRASA Summit

The Center for Emerging Markets co-sponsored the student-organized BRASA Summit on October 11-12, 2019, the largest undergraduate student conference in the world. An entrepreneurial team of Northeastern University students – Daniel Sneyers, Eric Halpern, Amanda Coelho, and Cristiano Sgarbi – won the competition to host the 2019 BRASA conference, which explored the future of the economy, politics, and technology in Brazil. There were over 500 Brazilian students in attendance.
