About the gift
The Revvity Access CEM Scholarship enables full-time graduate students from emerging markets to advance their studies and further their leadership development through direct exposure to executive decision-making. Selected students receive a $2,000 scholarship and are paired with a C-Suite leader at Revvity for a two-day shadowing experience. The scholarship was endowed in August 2024 by the Revvity Foundation. The first scholarships were awarded in spring 2026.
The scholarship is made possible through the generous support of the Revvity Foundation and the leadership of two Northeastern alumni, Prahlad Singh (MBA '00), President and Chief Executive Officer, and Joel Goldberg (MBA and JD '96), Senior Vice President, Administration, General Counsel and Secretary.
MBAs and their senior leaders are also paired with an undergraduate student affiliated with CEM to create a collaborative learning experience that bridges academic insight at the graduate and undergraduate level with executive practice.
Along with the CEM scholarship, the Revvity Foundation also endowed a scholarship to advance STEM education for undergraduate students at Northeastern University. These scholarships underline Revvity's dedication to equipping the next generation of leaders with the skills necessary to address global challenges.

About the inaugural program
Four MBA students from emerging markets were selected as the first recipients of the Revvity Access CEM Scholarship and participated in a two-day executive shadowing experience at Revvity's headquarters, joined by six undergraduate participants in a collaborative learning model.

About the benefactors
Prahlad Singh, (MBA ‘00), is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Revvity. Revvity has expanded its global footprint while strengthening its focus on digital transformation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. Singh's connection to CEM goes back further than the gift itself. He's served on CEM's Advisory Board since 2018, presented at CEM's 2019 symposium on business strategy in China, and hosted CEM board meetings at Revvity's Waltham headquarters. He also shared his advice for students in the D'Amore-McKim School of Business' Lessons in Leadership series.
Joel Goldberg, (MBA and JD ‘96), is the Senior Vice President, Administration, General Counsel and Secretary at Revvity. In this role, he applies expert insights and strategic thinking to a variety of legal, regulatory, and policy issues affecting the Company. As a core member of Revvity's leadership team, he aims to create solutions-driven teams that can work collaboratively across the business.
