LAUNCH: Leadership Development Experience

The Northeastern LAUNCH: Leadership Development Experience is a holistic development program designed to equip aspiring leaders from any background with instantly applicable leadership skills. Through live face-to-face workshops, virtual sessions, and targeted content, LAUNCH will prepare learners to thrive in the evolving world of work. Led by D'Amore-McKim School of Business faculty, this intensive, multi-faceted program integrates theoretical knowledge and frameworks with Northeastern's practical, experiential approach to professional learning.

Program experience

Each program module is designed to not only teach fundamental skills, but encourage learning by doing – through self-reflection, project-based learning, coaching sessions, and networking opportunities, learners will develop, engage and activate their leadership skill sets.
