Credits

12–15 credits for Boston campus students. The minimum required number of credits to earn your certificate is 12, however many students select to take an additional elective in order to broaden their expertise. Online students complete 12 credits.

Class Schedule

Courses are offered weeknights, Monday–Thursday, on our Boston campus or 100% online. Boston campus students may also take one course online. International students must complete all of their classes on campus.

Time to Complete

Campus-based students may be complete the program in as few as three semesters or spread out as long as three years. Online students may complete their certificate in two semesters or up to two years. The length of the program may depend on your course selections.

Not required.

F-1 visa compliant?

Yes, full-time study is compliant with F-1 visa requirements.

STEM Designated?

No.

Curricular Practical Training (CPT)

CPT is not offered at this time.

Optional Practical Training (OPT)

Yes. International students on an F-1 visa that study on our Boston campus for one year may become eligible to work in the U.S. for up to 12 months after completing their program.
