Audience: This program is tailored for ambitious students seeking to advance their careers in a variety of industries. It is ideal for professionals either in, or entering, leadership roles in which they will be required to recognize and respond to potential challenges and make strategic decisions amidst uncertainty. Students from a variety of backgrounds, including recent graduates and those exploring the option of changing careers, are encouraged to apply.

Class Begins: September

Class Locations: Two options: Boston, MA and online.

Program Structure: In this ten-course curriculum, you will gain exposure to data mining, statistical and quantitative analysis, multivariate testing, and predictive modeling. You will approach data analysis from a business perspective as you explore questions such as how to build sales, enhance marketing, or strengthen a company’s infrastructure.

Credit Hours: 30

Time to Complete: Full-time students will complete their courses in 12-16 months. Online students will complete their courses in 20 months.

Graduation: Degrees are conferred three times per year in December, May, and August after students complete their required coursework. The graduation ceremony is held annually in August for all graduates from that calendar year.

Where do I Apply? Online application

GMAT or GRE Required? No.

GMAT and GRE scores are not required for those with proven quantitative competency. You may demonstrate this competency by having earned a B or better in an undergraduate or graduate statistics course, having completed an undergraduate major in engineering or computer science, having successfully completed Northeastern’s Level program, or otherwise have this background.

Interview Required? By invitation for Boston campus students. Not required for online students.
