Xiao Ling is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Marketing at the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University. He earned his Ph.D. in marketing at McMaster University in 2021.

His primary research interests include Marketing Strategy, Pricing, and Marketing Analytics. He is specifically interested in dynamic pricing with small price adjustments and price rigidity in the retail grocery sector.
