Sarikas is the Director of the Graduate Career Center for the D'Amore-McKim School of Business, which serves students in full-time, part-time and online graduate business programs. She manages and develops relationships with employers and alumni and identifies opportunities to engage alumni and employers with students through a full range of events. Sarikas has an MBA from Bryant University and an undergraduate business degree from Stonehill College. She loves the work with students, alumni and employers at Northeastern for the past 13 years. Prior experience in industry and non-profit.

Prior to working at Northeastern University, Ms. Sarikas was VP Development at United Way of Massachusetts Bay where she managed the workplace fund-raising team which focused on both new and existing corporate relationships. Prior to United Way, Lynne held a variety of management positions in industry with experience in sales, account management, customer service, marketing and operations management responsibilities with focus on corporate relationships and new business development. She also taught accounting and management classes as an adjunct faculty member at Stonehill College. Lynne holds a BSBA Accounting from Stonehill College and an MBA from Bryant University.
