Kristina Salwen is the Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Programs at the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University. Prior to joining Northeastern, she worked for a company that facilitated online programs for colleges and universities across the United States. Salwen also served as the Assistant Director of Advancement Services at Springfield College. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Bishop's University located in Quebec and her Masters in Leadership and Non-Profit Management from Northeastern.

During her time at Northeastern, Salwen has held many positions within the D’Amore-McKim Undergraduate Programs Office. She started her career at D’Amore-McKim in the Advising Office as a member of the advising team. Since then, Salwen has worked with multiple cohorts of students, coaching and guiding them through their academic careers at Northeastern.

After holding different administrative roles in the Undergraduate Programs Office, she earned the role of the Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Programs. Salwen has been in this position for almost four years and faces new and exciting challenges every day while managing the day-to-day operations of the Advising Office for the more than 4,000 D’Amore-McKim undergraduate students.
