As assistant director of marketing, Kristen drives marketing and communications strategies that build the global visibility and brand reputation of the specialty master's programs at the D'Amore-McKim School of Business.
In her role, Kristen spearheads advertising and marketing for a portfolio of graduate accounting and business programs. She implements storytelling techniques that emphasize the student experience and boost D’Amore-McKim’s visibility as a business school that prepares graduate students to lead in a digital-first business world.
Kristen also oversees digital marketing initiatives. Under her leadership, the team develops innovative, prospective student-focused web content and email automation strategies.
Kristen originally joined D'Amore-McKim as the digital marketing and automation manager. Prior to coming to Northeastern, Kristen led digital marketing efforts for a wide range of clients for a marketing agency. Before that, she held various roles in the travel industry.
